You could say that Wendy Carugno, GRI, WCR grew up in the real estate business --, literally. Her mom, and now long-time business partner, Kathy Puschmann, CRS, GRI, WCR, Broker/Owner, was an early pioneer of the industry in West Chester, Ohio near Cincinnati where the family resided until relocating to Orlando in 1987. Going on listing and showing appointments, and helping around the family-owned office was not uncommon for a then 10 year-old Wendy. Finally in 1993, the family business came calling once again when Wendy joined CENTURY 21 Professional Group, Inc. Wendy is a consistent Top Producer who always keeps her client's needs first. Superior service is her #1 priority. Being a good communicator who gives practical advice is the key to her delivering this service.
